The Alternate Grand Campaign


The Alternate GC (v1.0): https://www.sendspace.com/file/1wgm1t


This is a Grand "fantasy" Campaign with German units. The campaign begins with (very) small maps and a small core army.

Install: Extract the rar file in your "documents\my games\panzer corps\mods" folder, start the game, click on the more campaigns folder and this mod should be in the list.
This campaign just uses the vanilla icons of the game and a few extra vanilla entries i made.

Note for the use of personal e-files
The Alternate Grand Campaign is compatible with custom e-files. First, remove the e-file in the Alternate GC/data folder before loading the e-file in GME. Second, your e-file must have units available from 01.05.1936 or you will not be able to play.

The next questions:

In mission 01 and 02 you have enter Total Victory for the main Victory and from mission 03 to 10 then Decisive Victory.
I like Total Victory.

And by Mission 05 you write "Number of core units is raised to 10", no no that's 8 units.

Hallo Nico! Vielen Dank für diese schöne Kampagne mit den kleinen Maps - das mag ich sehr! Sehr übersichtlich.

Ich habe gerade DLC I durchgespielt und wollte meine Core Units in DLC II übernehmen. Das hat aber leider nicht funktioniert. Normalerweise kommt ja immer ein Auswahlbildschirm, wo man gefragt wird, ob man seine Kerneinheiten mitübernehmen möchte. Der kam beim Start von DLC II hier aber nicht. DLC II startet mit anderen Kerneinheiten. Kann das z.B. daran liegen, dass ich die DLCs mit dem JSGME jeweils aktiviere und dann deaktiviere?

da mir im Dezember mein Festplatte gecrashed ist und damit alle Saves weg sind musst Du etwas warten bis ich Dir eine Antwort geben kann.

So habe jetzt den ersten Durchgang geschafft.
Alsobei mir klappt alles gut.
Ohne JSGME, also dürfte es daran liegen, das die gespeicherte Truppe nicht geladen wird.

Ich werd das Ganze gleich mal ohne JSMGE durchspielen und hoffen, dass es daran lag. Ich hatte bislang noch Probleme mit Mods und JSMGE.

Also bei mir läuft es gut ohne JSGME.
Das Schöne sind die kurzen Runden und da es kein Rundenprestigie gibt, spiele auch nicht bis zur letzten Runde durch.

Wobei ich keinen Mod von Nico kenne, der keinen SPaß macht oder langweilig ist.

Viel Spaß und wenn Du willst schreibe mal Deine Eindrücke, auch wenn Nico nicht mehr sehr häufig hier ist, manchmal kommt Er doch her.

DLC VIII, the last part of "The Alternate" is done.

It is NOT recommended to play The Alternate with GME. It has the tendency to mess up the dynamic link feature (export/import of core army).
Thus, GME is NOT required, NOT desired!
