Hi Nico,


Scenario Madrid: for a dv only francos troops have to take madrid. But if i take it before with legion condor, i can't retake it with francos troops.

In LOV there is a similiar string for dv with finish troops, there can i retake city hexes from my german brothers in arms. In my opinion this ist the better way.

edit: the costs for upgrades seems to be too low. p.e. upgrade a tactical bomber over one series of production (Bf109 to FW) costs only the difference in prestige and not the complete price of a new type of plane, tank and so on

I made it a bit clearer for the release version: Station 3 of Franco's units on the primary hexes in Madrid before the mission ends.
It doesn't matter who captures the primary hexes in Madrid.

A lot of units are part of the same family. I build the efile for Roma Victory 1 this way, to make upgrades cheaper to compensate the fact that the Allies have overall better equipment. I simply took over most part of this efile for Roma Victor 2. I can change all of that for Roma Victor 2 if requested, but it will make the game possibly harder.

The scenario ends with a loss and i have to play again.

If you've decided the upgrade costs, it's okay. I thought this was a bug, cause it's different to the main game.

Your argument with the bad equipment is comprehensible und your designers decision.

By the way off topic, do you see any possibility to implement the following feature?

If Gebirgsjäger uses an Opel Blitz or other vehicle it might be realistic that me, as the commanding officer, decide that they leave their vehicle at a place to use their "Mountain Skills" during a scenario not only per upgrade in a city. The paratroops doing similar at an airfield. Perhaps it might be possible to "tune" the upgrade button???? winke.....

Markus and myself placed three units with SP nat flag on Madrid and we got the DV. Anyway, we'll see if there are others who experience the same problem with the release. If necessary, i can always change the requirements.

The E-File is still open for debate. I can create different kinds of families for different tanks and tactical bombers. Ofcourse they will lose upstrength when upgraded to a different family and will also cost more. To me it is ganz egal.

About the off-topic
Any unit can be changed with a script on a given hex. But i don't see the sense to remove the transport and then to buy it back in a next scenario

The release candidate of Roma Victor! 2 - DLC 1 English/Deutsch has been upped to the server. Now we wait for Bernd ;) You and Markus can expect a little something in the near future mein Freund...

Okay, i still got the save of "madrid" i'll try it again.

The sense of giving up the vehicle is for example in a great map, gebirgsjäger are too slow to reach some places on the map. In this case i would use (50 Prestige) to transport them to the HKL and then give up the vehicle.

It would give some more tactical options, i think.

I can always squeeze you in as betatester if Klaus agrees. When we actually start the LoV ultimate development, nobody new will be admitted.

Ich habe alle Szenarien auf Deutsch überprüft mit den cheat Endscn 0 und hatte keine problemen. Vielleicht können Maho und Halgar es auch mal kontrolieren.
