"Fun" fact: There is currently no german version of the game, because they "found out" there were forbidden symbols and content in the game, a week before it should have been shipped here...

actually, it's more of silent DAY n' night. (SanMarco is probably on another secret mission to save the world again. see him in the new movie "captain america 2: the winter solider" in theaters near you )

i presumed you have learned the news of HOI IV by now. i know i cut my teeth on HOI mod projects with you-know-who-we-shall-not-speak-of-its-name.... but all that is in the past. right now i just want to start anew, do something fun, and enjoy my time RIGHT HERE. gentlemen, we have the technology. we can built it.

well, yes and no. i played for a while but got sidetracked by other stuff. for some strange reason cartman kept calling me "douchebag", despite my real awesome name: KICKASS!




i think the major fun factor for south park is lack of self-censorship, it's being consistent throughout. not sure how much of the "censorship" would dented the fun. maybe you tell me fist hand.

Censoring a game (or show) as such, would rip it's heart out.
It's satiric, so it obviously uses controverse references, "problematic" messages and crosses the line, where ever felt necessary...
I won't buy the german version of the game. So no "first hand telling" from me.
Latest information is, that the game would be harshly censored to get a "USK 16" (means "suited for players 16+") rating.
Can't really imagine what they would have forced themselves into to get this one... Something I oppose by heart.
Plus: I heard from some friends of mine, that they had hardest problems with activating their uncensored UK-versions of the game, simply because they tried to do so in Germany... sound's like some proxy-server solution for this to me... again... can't stand it, if customers get bossed around like this...

what are you playing right now? i'm doing Panzer Tactics HD as we speak. i have the same game on game boy ds lite back in '07. i beat the game but couldn't unlock 2 of the three secret missions til this day. looked around on youtube and no one is doing anything remotely close to a walkthrough.

cool, i think we still have the re-run here in late night, with sub-par SD quality.

just finished watching game of throne tonight, great episode. the house of stark might still stand if Jon Snow/Stark was the head of the house instead of Rob.

i'm just grateful the weather here has been less ''intense'' than last year (around 80-85F /28-29C). it's probably the el nino thing.
