No heat here. It was 1 degree Fahrenheit yesterday. With wind it was pro ally minus ten.

One of my friends worked with an Australian who does radios and writes programs. He already had what I needed in program used for audits on water tower sites. It was just a matter of downloading the software and key code. The software was customized for my personal preferences and color choices.

Now I can drag and drop my pitchures as required.

The Pacific is great. One of my all time favorites. If you are looking for a new movie to watch I would highly rrecommen Lone Survivor and The Wolf of Wall Street.

The pinacle of Western civilization is this weekend... the SUPERBOWL

Superbowl... I'm considering to watch it. There is a live broadcast in german tv.
But it stats at 2 a.m. over here... so I may be a little sleepy

As the teams go, neither. But I am predecting Denver will win. Their offense broke the league record for most points scored in a single season. Their quaterback (Peyton Manning) also broke the league record for passing yards and touchdowns with 55. Mr. Bubi has been a Denver fan since the first day I meet him.

The Secretary of State will be in Berlin on Friday. Hopefully our countries can patch up our relations. The news reported today that Mrs. Merkel is still mad at us. As she should be.

I read that the Bund has changed grooming regulations and no longer allows beards and piercings. Does one have to be a certain rank or in a certain job to have a beard?

Well, you can't have everything. At least it's played in NYC. I don't have an opinion on neither team, too. Some people my girlfriend knows favor the Seahawks, but I just hope for a good and entertaining match :)



Actually, it's unbelievable that any country being caught with it's hand in some other countries cookie jar would afterwards state, that they would continue to check as they please. How could anyone imagine to not utterly destroy ones relationship? You can't just excuse everything with "war on terror"... I'm no terrorist, but wouldn't be treated any better... It never was just a simple matter of an apology (which we absolutely deserve)... It has to stop, right here, right now.



In my time with the Bundeswehr, it was not allowed to grow a beard on duty, but if you had one (e.g. after vacation or weekend ) , you were to trim it to a proper lengh.
In case of piercings and tattoos, there were no greater need to regulate this in my time, because they were quite rare, so tattoos were tolerated, piercings were not.
Bundeswehr just added some paragraphs on these topics... nothing special...

Sounds promising, but after HoI3, some of the guys are rather sceptical. (personally, I loved it!)

for some strange reason almost everyone is either picking, or rooting for the bird(s). if Manning can pull this one off, not only will he be the only quarterback to win SB with two different team, he will also beat the best defensive team from NFC, and the former coach for the New England Patriots, the team used to torment Manning when he was with the Colts. for a more personal reason, the coach from team bird used to coach USC, they've tormented us for almost 10 years.... grr.........

I find it quite amusing to follow the quarrels between the teams, since I don't have a distinct opinion...

same here, i like some of the "intuitive" feel when plotting my strategies on the map, although the interface is a bit crammed and messy.

the only states that legalized cannabus are Washington and Colorado, and they just happened to be in this year's SB (aka weed bowl). i think God has a funny of giving you the finger.

i know people outside of the states probably don't watch a lot of American football, that's all right.
you know i also like the other football, right?

just wait until you find out they sing kumbaya and dining in the same restaurant, right after the game.
