As of today, the government announces: Winter has now come and our country has seen temperatures dropping
sharply to -20°Celsius. That is why all energy sources such as gasoline, oil, firewood and coal are rationed.
There may be short-term restrictions for everyday goods such as bread, meat, potatoes, milk and vegetables."
