IJA 38-45 Janaese Mod unable to get it to work.

I have downloaded the IJA 38-45 Mod and I have tried to get it to work but have never gotten even close.
Does anyone know how to get it to work? I can not get the Panzer Corps Vanilla game to recognize the mod and thus I am unable to try it out. IF anyone knows what you need to do to get the mod to work and can explain in detail what step by step I need to do I would be very grateful. I have seen still images and a few short clips on Youtube but have never been able to give it a try.

Is this the Japan mod from Bebro from 2016?
An extensive installation procedure has to be carried out with this mod.

First, the scenario files are to be inserted in the document folder and then additional system files are also to be loaded into the main directory of the game using the Generic Mod Enabler (GME) tool. This is important because the system files contain new japanese and US units, new landscape tiles and the corresponding start screen.

Are you familiar with the GME tool?

Thanks for the reply, I am "aware" of the GME Emulator however I have never been able to get it to work with any mod. I am willing to try again with the IJA mod and yes I do believe it is the mod from 2016.
I was unaware that with the IJA mod that you also needed to transfer. Can you tell me which files need to be placed in the Panzer Corps Directory?

This GME, I know it is a popular Emulator however I really Love Nikkvid's Mods because they are so straightforward (Although they tend to be quite difficult)
But they are so easy to get loaded into the PZC1 "Confidential Folder" so they are easy to download and play.
The reason I want to play the IJA mod so bad is that it is the closet I think I am going to get to a "Slitherine Pacific Corps"
I am aware of "Order of Battle" but that game like PC2 is in 3-D (Which I F@#king HATE)
I am 48 years old and grew up playing military board games and PC1 is basically like a computer board game, the units are PERFECT in appearance.
I really Wish Slitherine had avoided the whole 3-D thing with "Order of Battle" Some things should only be done in 2-D and Panzer Corps is one of them.
